GDPR information clause regarding the processing of personal data on the website.

4. We will process your data for the purpose of: providing accommodation booking services, handling enquiries and responding to enquiries;

You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

7. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the controller's legitimate interest, unless you object to the processing of your data.

8. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018 , item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L No. 119, p. 1).

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of completing the booking process, clarifying the circumstances of any violation of the Terms and Conditions or applicable law, and considering any complaints.

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

The controller of personal data obtained during the booking process, within the meaning of the applicable provisions of generally applicable law, is Magdalena Szablewska, ul Wojska Polskiego 5, 58-580 Szklarska Poręba, NIP 5321661311

The entity processing personal data is the Hotres.pl online booking system, which belongs to HOTRES Sp. z o.o., ul. Osiedle Robotnicze 10/4, 58-500 Jelenia Góra, KRS: 0000947675, NIP: 6112816201, hereinafter referred to as Hotres.pl.

Personal information

For the purposes of the booking/sales document issuance process, the Guest's personal data is collected. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the booking process.
 

The Guest has the right to access their personal data, the right to rectify and delete it, as well as the right to restrict its processing.

The Guest's optional consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes requires ticking the appropriate 'checkbox' during the booking process.

The detailed purposes and scope of personal data processing in the Hotres system are specified in the appendix.
 

Administrator's obligations

  1. The Administrator ensures that the Guest's personal data is not disclosed to third parties and, in this regard, will take the necessary measures and use its knowledge and experience to fulfil this assurance.
  2. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose personal data to authorised entities (Sub-processors) and in cases provided for by generally applicable law. This applies in particular to entities such as: online payment systems and reception software.
  3. The Administrator is obliged to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of information obtained for the purpose of completing the booking process. This obligation remains in force for an indefinite period.


Hotres.pl obligations

  1. Hotres.pl, as the entity processing the Guest's personal data, ensures the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures, as well as additional IT security measures, based on proven servers and systems used to process personal data in services provided electronically.
  2. Hotres.pl declares that the IT systems used to process personal data meet the requirements of applicable law, in particular, they are protected to a high degree within the meaning of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and the technical and organisational conditions which should be met by devices and information systems used for the processing of personal data.
  3. Subcontractors and employees of Hotres.pl will be duly authorised to process personal data in connection with the booking process, to which the Administrator and the Guest consent.
  4. In order to ensure the highest level of security in the storage of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, Hotres.pl undertakes to:

  

Final provisions

The Administrator is entitled to amend the provisions of the Terms and Conditions at any time and at its own discretion. In particular, it may amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions in the event of:

  1. the need to adapt the Regulations to mandatory provisions or to changes in the law affecting the content of the Regulations;
  2. the need to adapt the Terms and Conditions to a recommendation, interpretation, ruling, decision or resolution of a public authority or a court ruling affecting the content of the Terms and Conditions; 
  3. the expansion or modification of the functionality of Hotres.pl;
